All Lutheran and Anglican congregations of Alberta are welcome to become Partners or Members of Sylvan Lake Lutheran Bible Camp Association, owners and operators of Kuriakos.

The AGM will be March 18, 2017 at 2:30pm at Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd in Red Deer.

Once you have submitted this form,

please send your Partnership or Membership fee to Kuriakos before February 28.

Payment can be made by Interac etransfer or cheque.
