Are you a new or a visiting family at Crossroads? If you've never registered your child(ren) on a Sunday morning, we invite you to pre-register your child by filling out this form.

Once you've completed and submitted this form, you'll be able to sign in on a Sunday morning and your child(ren) will already be in our system. At the time of check-in, a name tag will be printed for each child and a volunteer wil l direct you to which room your child(ren) will go during the service.
