How do I get to your church?
We're located at 419 Slimmon Road in the southeast part of Saskatoon. Click here for map
What are worship services like?
There are several elements to our Sunday morning worship service; congregational singing (as a newcomer there is no pressure to sing along, though the words are projected on a screen for your participation), an offering (feel free to let the plate go by) and a message based on a passage from the Bible. From time to time there is communion and Believer's water baptism.
The 9:00 am service is held in the intimate setting of the chapel and utilizes the hymns of years past. The 10:15 service is held in the 1300 seat sanctuary. Come early, grab a coffee and familiarize yourself with our ministry facility. The services run for approximately 75 minutes.
Where can I park and where do I go once I arrive?
To make it easier for those who are first-time visitors, there are some designated parking spots right out front of the main entrance. So if you are using the main entrance or any of our other entrances, one of our greeters will be happy to direct you to the Atrium. If you visit us during the week, use the front main entrance and come to the main office.
Where do my kids go?
On your first Sunday visit you'll need to register your child. You'll find the Information Center in the main Atrium. A host/hostess will direct you to the Children's ministry wing where you'll register your child.
What do I wear?
Our church is a diverse family that doesn't put emphasis on what a person wears. Come as you are.
Can I meet a Pastor?
We would love the opportunity to meet you. Fill out a Connection Card and put it in the offering. One of our pastors will contact you within the week.
How do I become a member?
Get to know us by attending Sundays and getting involved in one or more of the various ministries/programs. Watch the bulletin for the Elim 101 class offered a couple of times a year. You'll attend the class and then can apply for membership.
