Naming a health care proxy can protect your wishes and help determine your treatment course if you no longer can speak for yourself. Dr. Richard Demme will discuss why you should name a proxy, the role of proxies, and common mistakes made when choosing a proxy. He will also answer questions about advance directives.

DescriptionThe Mission Board is sponsoring a Rise Against Hunger food packaging event at the Penfield Community Center. Rise Against Hunger was formerly known at Stop Hunger Now. It is an amazing organization working to end hunger, both here and abroad. This event is open to the community, and we hope it will be a fun, meaningful, and impactful day for both Faith members and the Penfield community. More details will be forthcoming.
