Payment Agreement Form

Please complete this form in its entirety.

This serves to confirm that I am aware that Good News Bible Training Center International has a policy that requires each student following a payment plan to strictly adhere to the agreement as laid forth below.

Note: this Payment Plan does NOT include the cost of the application or books.

Students paying in full: The total cost for year one may be paid any time before 1 month prior to 1st class date. You may pay with cash or check for a total of $1100. If paying online, total tuition per year will be as listed below (to be made online via paypal link). This may be paid 1 month prior to 1st class date on our website at http://www.gnfwc.com/#/bible-training-center/payments

Students paying with payment plan:

Option 1 – cash/check payment for the Quarter - $276 per quarter

Option 2 – cash/check payment by the Month - $92 per month

Option 3 – online payment by the Quarter - $290 per quarter

Option 4 – online payment by the Month - $100 per month

Classroom Student Payment Schedule as follows:

Quartely Payments Due - October 15th, January 15th, April 15th, July 15th

Monthly Payments Due - 1st Payment October 15th and each month on the 15th following. Last Payment for the year will be September 15th.

Online Student Payment Schedule as follows:

Quartely Payments Due - January 15th, April 15th, July 15th, October 15th

Monthly Payments Due - 1st Payment January 15th and each month on the 15th following. Last Payment for the year will be December 15th.

All students on a monthly or quarterly payment plan must remit payment no later than the 15th of each month or new quarter. If payments are not received by the 15th of the month, the student will not be able to attend class until payment is rendered. At that time, the policies regarding unexcused absences will go into effect. Failure to make payments on time will be evaluated on an individual basis and may constitute dismissal. Therefore, I agree to render payment in accordance to the above agreement.

I have read and understood the conditions of the agreement; should I have any difficulty, I fully accept and agree that it is my responsibility to report this matter to the GNBTCI Administration Office before the next payment is due, so as to allow for alternate arrangements to be made.
