Minster is led by a team of Elders; biblically-qualified men who oversee the life of the church. They are the main Bible teachers in the church, and meet regularly to pray and provide spiritual leadership for the church.

The Elders are supported by the Deacons; biblically-qualified members of the church who serve the congregation through leading and supporting particular ministries in the church. This allows the Elders to devote themselves to the ministry of the Word of God, to prayer, and to pastoral care of the church.
