'Vision'

Pastor Marc Turner

1/14/18

Description:Have you ever tried to walk around your house at night after the power went out? It’s almost impossible to get around even in such a familiar space as the living room in the dark. Without vision, we are paralyzed in the darkness, with no sense of direction. You and I have been created to fulfill a unique purpose, and without the vision that only God can give us, it is impossible to navigate the path God has set before us.

'Fight for Joy'

Pastor Marc Turner

1/7/18

Description:We all probably had well-meaning people say to us, ‘Happy New Year!’ as if achieving happiness came as easy as the stroke of midnight. You might have thought that the moment you decided to follow Jesus, your life would be cotton candy dreams happily ever after. But here’s the truth: maintaining Joy requires an all-out war. Every day. For the rest of our lives. Thank you for joining us today as we learn to safeguard our heart and “Fight for Joy.”

'Be the One'

Pastor Marc Turner

11/12/17

Description:How are you and I supposed to respond to God’s blessings? In the rat race of life, we sometimes forget that we are living and breathing the blessings of God. Even worse, we even take credit for those blessings as if we earned them by our own merit. It blesses the heart of God when we respond by glorifying Him with a grateful attitude, full of praise and thanksgiving. As we examine the story of the ten lepers, we invite you to examine your own heart. Are you one of the 9 lepers who didn’t respond appropriately or will you “Be the One” who returned to glorify Jesus.

'Band of Brothers'

Pastor Marc Turner

11/5/17

Description:Have you ever felt like, from the moment you wake up to the moment you fall asleep, you are in a battle. Well, the simple answer is…you are. Scripture compares our spiritual journey to that of a war, a fight that will continue until we see Jesus face to face. The real question is not “are you in a battle”, the question that you have to ask yourself is “am I fighting this battle alone?” Many of us go day in and day out, fighting silent battles, wondering why we find ourselves constantly defeated and exhausted. You see, unity is essential to an overcoming life as a believer. As a matter of fact, scripture says that God blesses wherever He finds unity. When the church locks arms together as a 'band of brothers,' victory is attainable. Thank you for joining us this week for a special Veterans Day message entitled, “Band of Brothers."

'God in a Box'

Pastor Marc Turner

10/1/17

Description:How would you describe God? Since creation, we have fallen short in describing the true nature of God. We would rather put God in a box, trapped there by our misconceptions, settling to see him through the lens of our own ideas and expectations. Thank you for joining us as we dismantle the box, uncovering the true nature of God.

'The Panic Button'

Pastor Marc Turner

9/24/17

Description:Depression and anxiety have become epidemics. While finding ways to cope with the challenges of life, people are dying - both literally and figuratively. How ARE we supposed to cope? Thank you for joining us as we consider that, just like Elijah, most of us hit “The Panic Button" and run.

'The Righteous Branch'

Pastor Marc Turner

9/17/17

Description:How do we describe the character and nature of God? Scripture uses words such as peace, holy, victorious, power, and love. However, there is one word that is rarely mentioned in our commentary of God and that is the word “Right”. God is always right. Even in the midst of the storms of life, He is righteous. In the center of all of our doubt and uncertainty, the Lord stands Righteous.Thank you for joining us this week for the message, 'The Righteous Branch' as we put our faith in the unshakable King.

'Here is the Church: Power & Life'

Pastor Marc Turner

9/10/17

Description:What does it mean to you when you hear the word, “church”? That word holds different meanings to different people. However, when we look back at its origin, “church” wasn’t a building, it was a banner representing a people with a mission, imparting that mission and message of Jesus Christ to the world, through Love. In this weeks message, 'Here is the Church,' we will find out what a church looks like that is filled with power and life.

'From Stress to Rest'

Pastor Marc Turner

9/3/17

Description:Make no bones about it, life is stressful. With our 'to do' list always being full and our responsibility level constantly pushed to the max, it's no wonder why so many people crack under the pressure. But we don't have to live this way any more. God is always present even during our most stressful times, and if we will seek Him, we can experience rest. Happy Labor Day weekend. Thank you for joining us for the message, 'From Stress to Rest.'

'In the Name of Love'

Pastor Marc Turner

4/16/17

Description:When we understand the sacrifice, we can celebrate the victory. Likewise, when we look back at the crucifixion, we can embrace the victory that it brings in our lives. Why would God allow his son to face such pain and agony on the cross? In the name of love. Today we will journey through the sacrifice of death and the victory of the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
