We appreciate your desire to serve at Wiley Union Church AWANA Clubs 2018-19. Please fill out the following information as completely as possible.

We ask that you arrive in uniform and ready to serve no later than 6:15pm each club night. We understand other obligations may prevent you at times from arriving by 6:15pm, but please do your best. You can expect to leave at the close of the night at 8pm.

We are asking all those who are able to join us for a training and communication meeting August 22nd and team bonding and fellowship at the AWANA Conference in Spokane, WA on October 76h. We will provide transporation to the AWANA Conference.
