Pastor Matthew Skifstad serves as Pastor at Victory Life. He has been on staff in various roles since 2006. His desire is to see Christians act as the light of the world by serving Jesus Christ.

Pastor Matt serves at Victory Life alongside his wife Gina, and has two daughters, Natalie and Sienna and a son Cameron. In his spare time he enjoys being let down consistently by the Indians, Cavaliers and Browns. He also likes to take on all comers in tennis and Monopoly.

Oscar “Otto” Ramos serves as the Executive Pastor for Victory Life Church.

He has been a Youth and Young Adult Pastor for churches in Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio. Otto has also worked in the university setting for years, both as an administrator and faculty member.

He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies (Kentucky Christian University) and Master of Arts degree in Human Communication (Abilene Christian University). God has blessed him with a beautiful wife (Buffy) and two extraordinary children - a son (Caleb) and a daughter (Carly). Together, they feel hugely fortunate to participate in God’s work at Victory Life Church!

As a graduate of Southeastern University, and the VLC's Student Pastor, C.J. wants to see teenagers' lives changed and that change to be contagious everywhere they go. Joining him is his wife Stacy, and their daughter, Alexys. In his spare time he enjoys basketball and any other sports, working out, not eating healthy, video games, and acting like a teenager in any way possible.

From the beginning days of the church Spring Keasler and her husband Gary have served the Lord with joy and faithfulness at Victory Life. Spring is now a part of the church staff serving our children and their families. Her ministry includes providing for the spiritual growth of children through grade six. Spring deeply loves children and her desire is for them is to know God's Word and to develop a relationship with Jesus. Spring and Gary have three daughters, four granddaughters and five grandsons.

Pastor Spring enjoys sewing, a good book and spending time with her grandchildren.

AJ Skifstad is a graduate of Kent State University with a bachelors degree in Music Education. It is his strongest passion that all who come to worship may enter the Lord's throne room and be exposed to his Glory and Majesty. Aside from ministering at Victory Life, AJ also is a music teacher at Herberich Primary School in Copley-Fairlawn OH. He enjoys hanging out with his wife, Rachel, and his freinds. His favorite past times include: reading, biking, bonfires, board games, piano, Sci-fi/Fantasy flicks and anything food related.
