Healthcare Access
Primary Care Program
PRIMARY CARE
The primary care program provides access to healthcare for acute illnesses, chronic disease management and preventative care services through the Primary Care Program. We provide medical visits with a doctor or mid-level provider at minimal cost to the patient and the community. This care provides diagnoses and treatment plans which improve the health of the most vulnerable people living and working in the community.
Patients contribute to the cost of their care in this program. The cost that a patient is asked to contribute is $20 for new patients and $10 for all ongoing visits.
ON SITE LABS
The on-site lab reduces patient barriers (such as transportation, high cost and additional time off work) from interfering with precise, accurate and comprehensive care. Patients are asked to cover the cost of their labs. The cost of laboratory fees range from $5.00 to $50.00, a patient pays on average $20.00 for labs at Christ Clinic.
PHARMACY & MEDICATION ASSISTANCE
Medication assistance is a critical piece of quality care for those who are uninsured. A patient who receives a diagnosis and treatment plan needs to have equivalent access to necessary medication. The pharmacy and medication assistance program provides access to medications at low or no cost to patients through a multifaceted approach. Patients currently are not asked to cover the costs of medications that they receive at Christ Clinic.
