Doug Teel is the Senior Pastor of Calvary Chapel of the Lakes and also serves as CCOTL's worship leader. Doug began his teaching ministry working with youth at Calvary Chapel Orlando. He began leading a teaching outreach from CC Orlando in 2005. That outreach later became Calvary Chapel of the Lakes.

Doug and his wife, Lisa, have been married for more than 20 years and have two sons, Noah and Isaac.

Lisa serves with our worship team and with our children's ministry.

Lee Fox is the Associate Pastor of Calvary Chapel of the Lakes. He also serves with our worship team and also volunteers to lead our children in worship.

Lee and his wife, Heather, have three children: Trevor, Hannah and Phoebe. Lee is a teacher at a local high school and Heather is currently finishing her degree in counseling.

Heather Fox leads our Missions Cafe ministry.

Philip Keck is our church administrator and keeps all things working smoothly at CCOTL. Phil is on our church board and our leadership team.

Philip works for an air conditioning company and has two sons: Philip Jr. and Sean.

Dana Haukoos serves as our church treasurer. He is on our church board and our leadership team. Dana leads our Men's Salt & Light group and leads our youth ministry along with his wife, Kris. Dana is a software engineer and develops iphone and android apps for a living.

Dana and Kris Haukoos have been married for over 15 years and have three children: Anna Grace, Jack Henry and Georgia Kate.

Kris Haukoos is our Women's Ministry Coordinator and the Assistant to the Church Administrator. She also serves with our worship team and leads a Salt & Light group.

Davis Jass is on our leadership team and is the leader of the CCOTL Missions Team and he serves in our children's ministry. He is an architect by trade and puts those skills to use for CCOTL by overseeing our building and grounds upkeep. In addition, David, along with his wife, Susan, lead one of our home groups.

David and Susan have been married for over 30 years and have three grown sons: Jeremy, Nathan and Stephen. They also have three grandsons, Ian, River and Gabriel.

Susan Jass is the business manager for her husband's company and also works as a Hospice volunteer. She serves with the CCOTL Missions Team.

John White serves on our leadership team, he heads up our media services and, along with his wife, Sherry, leads our children's ministry. By day, John is a middle school band director.

Sherry and John have two daughters, Sarah and Elise.

Tom Cosby is on our leadership team and he is in charge of our groundskeeping team. Tom also serves with our Haiti missions team. By day, Tom works for a local community college.

Tom and Judy are former missionaries to Nigeria. Judy continues to work in missions through her role with Raifiki Foundation. She leads their childcare services for the many mission communities Raifiki has established in Africa.

The Cosbys have three children, Christina, Michael and Hannah. They also have three grandchildren, Silas, Althea and Amos.
