Matt, an alumnus of the Youth Advance program, currently lives in Wilmington, Delaware where he is a professor and department chair at Wilmington University. Before that he spent 10 years in full time ministry. Matt has been a featured speaker and panelist at many seminars, lectureships, and conferences throughout the country. He has also been recognized nationally for his work and leadership including the Randy Pausch Award from the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, and as a fellow of Leadership Delaware.

Bill has more than 25 years of leadership experience under his belt serving as a college professor, a college basketball coach, a secondary school administrator, and an adult and youth minister. Currently, Bill serves as a minister at the Tabernacle Church of Christ in Tabernacle, New Jersey. He is married to Debra and has four sons: Austin, Evan, Brent and Shea. Bill’s passion for teenagers and leadership in the community and church are evident when you meet him.

Daniel, a Youth Advance alumnus, graduated from Harding University in Accounting and Finance. At Harding University, Daniel was a 4 year pitcher on the University's baseball team. Currently Daniel works for Maillie LLP, a public accounting firm in Oaks, PA, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Daniel and his wife Nicki live in Pottstown, PA and both volunteer at Camp Manatawny and attend Chesmont Church of Christ.

Doji has been teaching Elementary School at Coventry Christian Schools in Pottstown, PA, since 1999. She graduated from Ohio Valley University, where she met her husband, Josh. They have two children, and attend the Chesmont Church of Christ.

Shawn is a graduate of the Harding University School of Business. He is the CFO in the family cranberry farm business. Married to Cindy with two children: Hannah and Ethan.

Joshua Dove has been a faculty member at the Coventry Christian Schools since 1999, after graduating from Ohio Valley University, and has worn many hats over the years. He has especially enjoyed all of his coaching of students, both on and off the court/field. Josh is an alumnus of Youth Advance as well. He and his wife, Doji, have two children, and attend the Chesmont Church of Christ.

Rachel graduated from Ohio Valley University in 2008 and currently lives in Pottstown, PA where she works at The Vanguard Group. Rachel is also a Youth Advance alumnus. Rachel has a passion for serving which has motivated her to lead youth mission trips with Experience Missions, Camp Hope, and Casas Por Cristo. Rachel is an active with the Chesmont Church of Christ youth group and also volunteers at Camp Manatawny.

Dave and Sue live in Mechanicsburg, PA. He is a former youth leader at the Camp Hill Church of Christ and continues to vounteer at Camp Manatawny. He works at HP as a software developer.

Danielle, a Youth Advance alumnus, graduated from Brown University in Engineering Physics and Computer Science. She now works at Facebook and spends the year looking forward to volunteering at Camp Manatawny and Youth Advance!
