Steps to follow for the Ambassador registration:

1. Fill out the online registration form (See Below)

2. Have your Minister, Bible Class Teacher or Elder fill out the online Letter of Recommendation

3. Download and fill out a waiver form

4. Mail the signed waiver form and check (payable to: Youth Advance):
