Jim Lockwood (pictured with wife, Rachael, and his 5 children) has served as Executive Director of Lincoln Lake since 2009. He oversees the year-round staff and provides organizational leadership for the camp. He has 15 years of experience in local church leadership, including serving as Youth Pastor at First Baptist Church in Alto, Michigan. Jim earned a B.S. in Ministry Leadership and Non-Profit Management from Cornerstone University and is a graduate of the Word of Life Bible Institute in New York.

Mr. Tom Shaw (pictured with wife, Wendy, and sons, Isaac and Ben) has served on the Lincoln Lake staff since 2009. Mr. Shaw has served as the Director of Guest Relations, and has now taken on the role of Operations Director. Tom draws from his extensive camping experience to manage day-to-day operations of the camp including: facility management, technology, hospitality, adventure programming, and volunteer management. His diverse skill set makes him an excellent fit for the wide range of activities offered at LLBYC. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration & Marketing from Ferris State University in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Micah Steiner (pictured with wife, Melanie and son, August) has served on the Lincoln Lake staff since 2012, and now serves as Director of Ministries. Micah serves as staff writer, creating our written devotionals for staff and guests. He also disciples our seasonal staff, and serves as the host for of our guest rental groups. He is a graduate of the Word of Life Bible Institute in New York. Micah is involved with student ministries at his local church and has over 5 years of experience in camps and conferences, serving at Lincoln Lake and Maranatha Bible and Missionary Conference in Muskegon.

Joel Schmuland joined the Lincoln Lake staff in January of 2015. Joel is a lover of God's creation, especially large cats. He is an avid Barefoot Water skier and is our resident expert for all things water sports related. Joel oversees our summer and winter camp programs, and serves as the host for of our guest rental groups. Joel has over 5 years of summer camp and year-round conference host experience, and attended Grace Bible College in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Teri Marsman (pictured with husband, Chad) joined the Lincoln Lake team as the Registrar in 2010. This mother of two is a third-generation camper here, and is so passionate about the ministry at Lincoln Lake. Teri is crazy organized and an excellent writer who single-handedly triples the vocabulary of our year-round staff. She has been a crisis pregnancy counselor and currently serves as a youth leader at her local church.
