The Lincoln Lake Renovation Race (Saturday, September 12, 2015) is our largest facility enhancement fundraiser at Lincoln Lake. The event consists of a 5K Walk /Fun Run as well as a 16-mile bike ride around Lincoln Lake (participants chose one). Each year, we raise over $10,000 at the event to help renovate and improve our facilities.
We are asking friends of the camp to consider raising pledges of support to participate in this year’s event. Our goal is to welcome at least one participant from every member church. We need your help!
The main projects on our list this year are adding new lodging in the lower level of the chapel and rebuilding the stage, turning the chapel auditorium back to our "old school" setup. We believe these enhancements will greatly benefit the year-round use of our facilities here at Lincoln Lake..
Pledges should be collected from friends, family, neighbors, and church family. The top fundraiser from the Men, Women, and Youth divisions will receive the official “LINCOLN LAKE GOLDEN TICKET”, which will grant free access to each of our Lincoln Lake retreats AND one free week of summer camp for the 2015-2016 year! Winners will be determined based on funds (not just pledges) turned in ON RACE DAY.
