Music & Arts
Music and the Arts have always played an important role at Our Saviour’s. A variety of art forms, including music, visual arts, and drama, are used in our worship services to help people experience God in a multi-dimensional way. Our musicians and artists are not performers, but rather worship leaders - children, teens and adults who offer their gifts to praise God, share a relevant message, and enhance the overall worship experience at Our Saviour’s. Our worship leaders desire to identify individuals and help them grow in their abilities, using their talents within the church.
There are vocal quartets, sextets and octets, and string, woodwind, or brass groups forming all the time for special events (or just because people with a common interest want to play, sing, dance or act). Each group or ensemble is patterned after Our Saviour’s small group ministry. Members of all groups worship together regularly, grow in their faith and their relationships with each other and are inspired to live lives that genuinely share God’s love as they “Live it out!”
