Birth - 5th Grade

We provide programming where kids hear The Big God Story and its redemptive message in chronological order throughout the year. Each Sunday your child will have the opportunity to hear the Bible story, respond to the Holy Spirit, and participate in a small group with others their age. If you want your child to participate in Sunday Programming regularly, please register online. Visitors can register at the Kids kiosk on the main or lower level.

Sundays, 9am and 11am

6th - 8th Grade - E3 Class

Explore, engage in and embrace God's Word, specifically through focusing on the primary themes of creation, fall, salvation and resurrection. Open to all middle school students.

Sundays, 9am (no mtg Communion Sundays or holiday weekends)

9th-10th Grade - Absolute Basics

Teens are at a pivotal time in life: becoming independent thinkers, facing a world full of choices and challenges; sometimes choosing between following Jesus or their peers. They are pulled in so many directions. This class will help them engage with the foundational beliefs of Christianity and learn how to articulate and defend their faith to "the big questions". The class culminates in a community-building retreat, reviewing what we've learned and encouraging them to keep digging into their faith. We believe it will be a life-changing experience for students as they learn how to follow Jesus! Please register online.

11th-12th Grade - What's Next?

Juniors and Seniors in High School have a desire and need to prepare for what’s next, and we want to give them tools to build a solid foundation that will make the transition into college and beyond for a lifelong faith. In this class, led by Kathy Collier, a Next Gen Youth High School Coach, we will enter into questions like: How can I manage my life after High school? How can my struggles make my faith stick? How can I experience God on a regular basis? Based on the Sticky Faith research project by Dr Kara Powell and Brad Griffin, scripture, community and conversation will benefit your teen in this class as they move forward. Communion Sundays

Open Door holds a communion service the first Sunday of each month. We offer programming for birth-4th grade on those Sundays. Take this opportunity to have your child participate in communion when he or she is ready.

Holiday Weekends

Programming is available for Infants through two-year-olds on some holidays. Quiet activities are provided in the Gathering Place for older kids.

2017 Holidays: Jan 1, Apr 16, May 28, Sept 3, Nov 26. There will be no programming for any kids on Jul 2.
