OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL AGES

Worship Arts

Trinity uses creative and performance arts of all kinds to honor praise God in worship. All ages are welcomed and encouraged to participate in drama, dance, visual art, sound and media tech, band, choir and other music offerings. If you have a gift you would like us to know about and a desire to share it, please contact Kristan Verveniotis, Worship Coordinator at kverv@trinity-pres.org or 593-8226.

Chancel Choir

The Chancel Choir meets on Thursday evenings from 7:00-9:00 p.m., September through mid June. This is a praying and caring group of people committed to worshiping through quality choral music. We do a wide variety of musical styles throughout the year, including renaissance, baroque classical, romantic, contemporary, gospel, jazz, and rock. In the summer months, the choir meets on Sunday morning before worship at 8:30 to prepare that morning's musical offering. This is a great time to come try us out! Contact Kristan Verveniotis, kverv@trinity-pres.org or (650) 593-8226 for more information.

Worship Team

Our song leaders and band provide music in worship on most Sundays. Rehearsals are arranged as needed. Contact Kristan Verveniotis at kverv@trinity-pres.org or (650) 593-8226 for more information.

Joyful Noise

Joyful Noise is an energetic choir open to all K-3rd graders in the community. We rehearse on Thursdays from 3:30-4:15 p.m. in Fellowship Hall, October through April. In addition to learning songs for worship and concerts, we seek to build a love for music through movement activities, rhythm instruments, games, and more. We look forward to having you join us! Bring a friend! Joyful Noise is directed by Kristan Verveniotis and Grace Schulz. Contact Kristan, kverv@trinity-pres.org or (650) 593-8226 for more information.

Handbells

Chancel Bells, for 7th grade through adults, meets seasonally and rehearses on Sundays from 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. using our 5-octave Schulmerich handbells.

Organ

Trinity is blessed with an outstanding pipe organ. Built in 1988, the three manual 37 rank Schantz contains 2,172 pipes. This magnificent instrument is an important part of Trinity’s worship and music ministry and is known as one of the finer pipe organs on the Peninsula. Its balanced design easily lends itself to repertoire from all eras.

Sanctuary Piano

Our sanctuary piano is an exceptional instrument. Completely refurbished from top to bottom, this 1913 Mason Hamlin AA is truly a remarkable instrument with an interesting history. Leonard Bernstein took his first piano lessons on it!
